Last week @XuHan083 evaluated an Olympus 10x NA 0.6 LWD multi-photon lens (XLPLN10XSVMP) for in vivo and fixed tissue imaging using our @neurolabware microscope. At constant field of view the 10x lens offers reduced vignetting compared to Nikon 16x.
