It’s #WorldWildlifeDay & this is Laphria flava #robberfly (bumblebee robberfly) larvae that is found up in Scotland whose larvae need dead wood - a rare habitat #endangeredHabitat. It’s also venomous and a top predator with amazing vision 👊( & rather attractive) #flies
