@Cbouchacha@samamckenzie Sure, the idea is just to completely insulate the ground from the muscle and fascia. Glue around the base of the screws before wrapping the wire, keep the epoxy tidy, and cover everything with glue all the way to the headstage connector.
@samamckenzie Good grounding is the key to good recordings! We use silver wire wrapped around 303 SS screws placed in contact with the transverse sinus (above cerebellum). Silver epoxy to connect the wire to screws. The sinus provides an excellent ground plane. Ref shorted for wideband.
