@ShadiYaghi2 No lytics. I used to start heparin/induced hypertension/ watch and wait but now I’m in favor of proceeding to EVT. More of them deteriorate than not, even if they don’t their final stroke burden is likely to be larger leading to potential downstream cognitive sequela.
