Should the Trail of Tears be taught more fully in America’s schools?

The Trail of Tears was not just a single event in history. It was a forced removal that uprooted Native families from their homelands, separated communities, and left lasting pain across generations.

Thousands of Cherokee, Muscogee, Seminole, Chickasaw, and Choctaw people were forced to leave the lands where their ancestors had lived for centuries. Along the journey, many faced hunger, disease, exhaustion, and loss.

For many Native communities, this history is not distant. Its effects can still be felt today in culture, identity, land rights, and the struggle to protect language and tradition.

Teaching this history more fully is not about blame. It is about understanding how the past shaped the present, and why Native voices, sovereignty, and survival still matter in America today.

What students learn shapes what a nation remembers.

🚨 META IS POISONING YOUR DRINKING WATER WITH DRUG-RESISTANT BACTERIA — AND PEOPLE ARE LOSING IT

This is terrifying.

According to this video, Meta’s massive data center in Wyoming has been pumping drug resistant bacteria into the town’s water system through its cooling process.

A company called Goat Systems does a “fill and flush” flooding the system with water before powering on the data center, then dumping it straight into the public pipes.

City workers only discovered it during routine fecal contamination tests.

The pathogen?
Cupriavidus gilardii.

It's a rare, multi-drug resistant bacterium linked to deaths, including immunocompromised children.

The city traced it directly back to Meta’s discharge, banned the practice, and ruled Goat Systems non-compliant.

But this isn’t just one town.

Data centers are exploding across America, sucking up water and land while hitting people with noise and strange frequencies.

They’re turning our towns into sacrifice zones so we can scroll TikTok and chat with AI.

How much more are we supposed to take before we push back?

It’s difficult to overestimate the misery, suffering and cruelty caused by the cynical racist action of shuttering USAID.

History will record it as geopolitical socioeconomic cleansing, by a white nationalist regime on a crusade to make poverty and suffering a crime punishable by death.

ImpactCounter, estimates that more than 750,000 people (the majority of whom were children) died within the first year of the evisceration of funding, leading to the disruption of global health and vaccination programs.

The highly respected medical journal The Lancet, projects that the dismantling of USAID could lead in the future, to up to an additional 14 million avoidable deaths by 2030, including approximately 4.5 million children under the age of five.

For context that’s two and a half times the number of Jews murdered by the Nazis between 1940 and 1945. Trump and his religious imposters who quote scripture at every twist and turn, will have presided over a Holocaust of the world’s most vulnerable children.

What about that is pro-life?

I am an enormous admirer of the work Samantha Power has done to use USAID in order to do good in the world.

There is a special place in hell reserved for those in this regime and their ‘final solution’

Three Florida Republicans were just charged with creating a fake voter guide to steal an election.

They did not hack the machines. They did not stuff the ballot box. They printed a fake Republican voter guide, made it look nearly identical to the real one, and mailed it to tens of thousands of voters before a 2024 primary.

It worked. An incumbent won by fewer than 1,000 votes. Now three elected officials in St. Johns County, Florida are facing criminal charges for it.
