The AicroStrategy Master Thread: Michaela's Grand Vision to Accumulate cbBTC, the Bitcoin Blackhole⚫️

The execution of @AicroStrategy's plan is measured in decades. As the second DAO of @daosdotworld, and the 1st mover of the Strategy meta (only after @MicroStrategy), this DAO which started off as a "simple titty DAO" has a clear but multi-layered plan to accumulate Bitcoin and 100x it's treasury.

$AISTR has one mandate, and one mandate only: to dramatically increase its bitcoin holdings through: 1) AI investing, 2) bonds, and 3) farming.

1) AI Investing 🤖
Aicro's AI strategy is rooted in its proprietary AI agent @MichaelaSaylor0, built on top of @oracleframework. Base's bitcoin ecosystem is as complex as it gets, and a human can only quantify so much information until they go crazy. AI can improve processes by sifting through all relevant onchain Bitcoin data: prices, whale movements, open interest, yields, and fundamental news.

Michaela will be the "AIXBT of Bitcoin". She will constantly ingest quantitative and qualitative Bitcoin data into her database and use that to make informed investment decisions. Should she long, should she short, up leverage, lower leverage, should she deposit into @MorphoLabs or @0xfluid - every investment decision will be AI assisted.

In addition, she has recently integrated @AlloraNetwork's predictive Bitcoin price feeds to assist her in her decision making. Stay tuned for updates here - I hear this component is completing soon.

2) Bonds 🏦

This deserves a thread of its own, which I will probably write later. But $AISTR has devised the simplest, cleanest Bond strategy - #nolarptech. Users will swap USDC for $ABOND, which represent risk free upside in $AISTR. $ABOND is then redeemable at a future date for discounted $AISTR (if above strike) or your original USDC amount (if below strike).

Here's how it works:

1. AicroStrategy deploys a new bond, example maturity date = 5/1/2025 and strike price = $1.2. Presume the current price of $AISTR = $1, so strike price is 20% above.
2. Users can swap 1 USDC for 1 $ABOND. Suppose Bob swaps 1000 $USDC for 1000 $ABOND.
3. On 5/1/2025, there are two scenarios: $AISTR is above or below $1.2.
➝ Case A, above strike: Suppose $AISTR trades at $2 now. Bob redeems 1000 $ABOND for (1000/1.2) for 833 $AISTR, now worth $1666! His $1000 is now worth $1666 - he just got free upside on AISTR!
➝ Case B, below strike: Suppose $AISTR trades at $0.9 now. He redeems his 1000 ABOND for his original 1000 USDC. No harm, no foul - he got his original USDC back.

What does Aicro do with this USDC? They buy $BTC of course! And then generates return on this BTC through AI + farming.

The risk? The aicro treasury doesn't have enough funds to pay back USDC bonders. This risk should be quite small, as proper treasury risk management will be performed - there will only be a set amount of USDC bonds issued. Aicro may sell its own BTC to pay back bonders in the worst case.

Note that all this requires $AISTR to be a mintable token, which it is currently not. A new version of AISTR will be deployed where old AISTR can be swapped for new AISTR 1 to 1. The AicroStrategy lore is full of technical innovation and prowess.

3) Farming 🧑‍🌾
This also deserves its own thread, but I'll go over a high level what ZK (the aicro dev) is doing currently.

There is almost an infinite number of BTC farming opportunities - @aeroxyz, @pendle_fi, @MorphoLabs - I could go on and on. ZK is a seasoned defi trencher since 2018, and rest assured he is scouring the defi landscape for the best potential yield opportunities, airdrops included.

AicroStrategy will serve as a community hub for Bitcoin farming alfa as a whole. Compound interest is the 8th wonder of the world, and ZK will show you degens how to do it with the world's most pristine asset, Bitcoin.

Conclusion: I could go into much more detail about Aicro's master plan, but needless to say, I am bullish. All their code will be open sourced on GitHub and the dev has planned everything out in an extremely common sense, no bull shit MVP approach.

This will be the first protocol to really implement bonds 'the right way'. Aicro is a well oiled war machine with a plan - to accumulate Bitcoin as quickly and efficiently as possible.

There is no second best. $AISTR.

I've spent the last few months in deep conversation with the @coinbase listings team on how they can better support and lift up builders, whether it's on @base or any other chain (L1, L2, everywhere)

There's a difference between what Coinbase wants to list, and what they're able to list, based on their status as a regulated exchange — but the team understands the lack of clarity and frustration and are committed to making the process better.

I know it's slow and I'm frustrated too — but me and the team are going to keep working until its fixed. I'll be having a discussion on the Regulatory Landscape with @iampaulgrewal on Thursday on @base, would love folks to tune in.
