@mattvanswol@NetflixUK I saw this hours ago and was disgusted. Decided to just check again and it’s still there so now decided to cancel. It’s one thing for a subsidiary to post it. It’s another for corporate to stand by it.
@bairdk@grok Come to Oxford for Ole Miss vs LSU Sept 19. Should be a huge SEC weekend. Got about 30+ facilities within a few hours as well if you’d like to catch up.
We have done this for certain trades (not residential construction). If you have seen his crew work you should be able to do a cost analysis. Some subs we have found will be honest and enjoy this contract, as they front load to avoid unknowns, but also just want a flat profit. If the trade is something you trust won’t go over budget, cost+ is a good way to go. Holler at me soon bud!
@MikeSyl36625988 We are not accounting, but business with 3 bookeepers on QB enterprise, local server, and another ~40 workstations. Around $1k/month for standard service/updates/backup not including hours for one off things
@realEstateTrent@mmgeorge17 I would like to know why here? Even 6-12 months ago with no floor? Why not ride the peak down and refi when comfortable. Or do all your banks just drop fixed rates for a fee when you ask? If so, I see why
@sweatystartup Did ad spend change during this time or just move-in promos? Mar-Jun we were tracking rentals 50% over same period last year. July has fallen to a couple of points below.
@redwood_ryan_a@SBA_Matthias I would say yes. We did Santorini, Italy, Switzerland last year for our Honeymoon. Oia is gorgeous and walking those little streets is gorgeous. If you don’t want to be in the crowded area look at Imerovigli. Great sunset views looking at Oia.
@redwood_ryan_a I’m using DoorLoop for a retail center we bought with a facility last year. It has been just fine for what I need. Should work for your use as well
@stoolpresidente Get a pizza at Rocky's across the street before first post time! Then gotta go see the best handicapper in the biz at Crosswalks before you go in the track! @MARKMAGICIAN
@redwood_ryan_a@ChrisRamsey60 I would share some of our data with you. We mostly buy in $3-5M range but closed on one $10M+ deal last year. Definitely look at 85%+ that would lose money and another 13% margins are too thin.
@DanStorage@FrankScapp If you were purely hiring local staff would you still be able to have this role hybrid? Every time I feel like we are finally settled from a hiring cycle it restarts. Takes so much time off our team and trying to find the best way to fill this role.
