I tried to make a #ketorecipes version of @Jean_GeorgesNYC #swordfishMilanese with chili fermented butter and capers sauce from the @eater_ny video.
I substituted #almondflour and made #keto breadcrumbs with @auntmilliesbread keto bread by toasting and grinding them.
