@BritishGasHelp No, i still havent been called, its been two weeks with no washing machine. Spent now nearly 4 hours being messed around by british gas and no resolution. This was supposed to have been dwalt with within 24 to 48 hours

Beware British Gas Homecare! Washing Machine written off by engineer, call you in 24 hours they said. No call, spent 3 hours trying to sort, promise of call back several times, never happens. Mum still has no resolution nearly two weeks later! Well done @BritishGas
