@CoolHan42261747@Tpars_boii@zachjacobson His brother Micah allegedly sexually assaulted/tea bagged a teammate when the was at Penn State so this isn’t that surprising.
Matthew Golden didn’t score his first career touchdown in the NFL until the wild card game last season vs. the Bears
How many touchdowns will Golden score this season?
if this doesn’t jack you up for football season I don’t know what will
Tom Brady talking about being a true field general
he cared most about audibling to a play that can win, less about the throw
can’t wait to see which vet QBs take this step in 2026
Last month, Zach Bako-Bewele insisted that missing the Sept. 13 opener in Minnesota isn't an option.
Yesterday, Luke Butkus said the Packers' right tackle—two weeks removed from returning to team drills—should be "ready to roll" by Week 1.

Amon-Ra St. Brown write up
7th all time in receiving yards through his first 5 seasons.
The only receiver in the NFL to be top 5 in receiving yards the past 3 seasons which is a testament to his consistency and durability.
Also, he has been top 5 in receiving touchdowns in the NFL the past 3 years and is the only receiver to do so.
He's just so unbelievably consistent, steady and reliable and is probably the toughest WR in the NFL and arguably the toughest player overall.
But enough about stats and intangibles.
What does the tape say?
It says he is a top 5-7 WR and pretty easily.
He might be the most technically sound route runner in the NFL, at worst he's top 3.
His feet are so unbelievably crisp getting into his break and there's no wasted movement whatsoever.
And we all know it, but man, the guy is physical and he routinely bullies DBs from the line to the break point, and he is especially elite at using his hands to create separation at the top of his route. He gets about as close to OPI as you can without it being called, and has mastered that aspect of his game.
Yet, despite that strength and density he's fluid and smooth out of his breaks. He sinks his hips well and has some of the best deceleration and brakes of any WR in the NFL. And he glides out of his breaks because of that ability to sink his feet into the ground and explode out.
Combine that strength, technique and fluidity with his strong and steady hands and you understand why this guy puts up the numbers he does and has basically become automatic on digs and quick outs.
That's not even mentioning his IQ. Very easily one of the smartest receivers in the league, he's always on time with Goff, consistently finds the soft spots in zone, uses tempo effectively, navigates through traffic, flattens his routes, works back to the ball, and all those other little details.
And he's top tier after the catch because of his ability to break ankles, also a headache and a half to bring down.
There's not many negatives to his game. I think sometimes he's a bit too contact hungry at the top of his route, but it rarely hurts him because he's so good at winning against that contact.
You would like to see him push vertical in a more threatening way to get the DB to open up as well. But, we're just nitpicking at this point.
The biggest weakness is the long speed. He tops out quick and gets chased down once he gets about 20-25 yd downfield and it is what it is.
It's always going to hinder him from reaching that level where Ja'marr and co. are.
But I think he's in that next tier and won't fall out of it for a while.
You know what you're getting each year with St. Brown, he's going to be top five in touchdowns, around top five in receiving yards, and he's going to play all 17 more often than not.
He can run the full route tree, he's an elite route runner on those routes, pound for pound the strongest WR, has great ball skills and is dangerous after the catch.
Pretty good if you ask me.
People need to stop disrespecting Amon-Ra St. Brown just because he doesn't run 4.4. And people should stop sleeping on the Lions offense in general.
It's a very dangerous unit. And in a few weeks time everyone will be reminded of that.
Thank y'all for reading.
@wendellfp@adavis1961 No one is winning or losing games by themselves, I definitely agree there! But by the take token, no one is putting up EPA on their own. That also a heavily driven team stat.
Bears doing exactly the opposite of what Ben has emphasized to fix from last season.
Bad 2nd quarter & CIN gets ball to start the 3rd.
I know it’s preseason, but too many mental mistakes & examples of sloppy effort.

The edge group is an obvious concern.
