@RogersHelps my internet (or cable) dies at least once a day; can the service be more stable than this? Where can I find the SoA or LoA on service uptime? This is ridiculous to be dropped from meetings every time because your service can't keep up!

@BMO it took your mobile app a full minute to load account details after logging in. Upon navigating to a different view, I got a session time out error (code 101 at the very bottom). The app doesn't take me back to the log in page and upon successful login I got times out again.

@UberEats @Uber_Support original ETA was 1pm, Uber delayed it to 1:15. It is now at 1:40 because your driver is driving away from the restaurant. My hot coffee and sandwiches will be cooled by the cold brew which is getting warmed by the hot coffee and food. This is ridiculous.

@AmazonHelp Do you have an email address that will accept inbound emails? The [email protected] address that was previously given to me to forward me documents to don't take inbound emails. This is very frustrating.

@AmazonHelp Stop asking me to log into an a/c that I contacted you to unlock for me 'cause I can't log into it in the 1st place. This is so dumb! Why is it so hard to unlock an account to stop Prime from auto-renew? Is this Amazon's new way to force money out of people's pockets?

@AmazonHelp I just tried calling using your method, the first time the music stopped playing 10 seconds in and the call went silent. I hung up and tried again. I was connected with a CSR who hung up on me as I was explaining my situation. (1/2)

@AmazonHelp I was asked to call 1-877-586-3230, a number that was given by your online chat CSR when a relative helped to reach out through her own a/c. The recent phone call to that number was rather traumatic because the CSR had a kid screaming in his b/g in a windy environment. (1/2)

@AmazonHelp The email I received had received gave me a link to upload a piece of identification document. Upon clicking on the link I am asked to log into my account which I cannot and this becomes a vicious cycle since I started phoning your CSR 2 weeks ago.
