(She joined the #EnglishforNGOs in October 2019 and right until the end of the course had to commute some 20 km to the course venue.)

However, this course is not about numbers, it is about people.
This is our graduate Iryna from Odesa, she's a psychologist and manager of educational and cultural projects with NGO "Center of Democratic Development of Youth Synergy".

Not only did she manage to make progress with professional vocabulary, she also had to get out of her comfort zone and - for the first time in her life! - give a presentation in English in front of her peers highlighting the main objectives and activities of her project proposal.
