It is rarely mentioned, but the most important technology for improving GP triage is messaging not AI or long algorithms. Easier two-way messaging is a huge improvement over the traditional phone lottery.

The expansion of Medicare-subsidised telehealth services to help tackle #Covid_19 is a great thing. But patients need to remember - it doesn't have to be via Skype/Zoom/Facetime etc. This is not limited to video consultations. An old fashioned telephone will do just fine.
