@NHSMillion The problem is that everyone blames the govt for ruining the NHS and no one wants to point out the that within the NHS there is a rot which is ripping it apart. An organisation riddled with lies and corruption. The govt may be an issue but focussing only on them a problem.
Serious recovery and the sacking of many corrupt NHS CEOs and managers are required in many NHS Trusts in the whole of the country. Whistleblowers are treated with utter disrespect, humiliation and deprived of basic human rights.
This is so true and for all the NHS staff who suggest otherwise you are only kidding yourself. The NHS has quickly gone from the UK’s pride and joy to the UK’s most corrupt organisation.

Corruption, manipulation and doctoring to prevent escalation and to promote control and silence. Incident reporting should go directly to an independent authority.
@hrmagazine@RestoreTheNHS The perps are often promoted in an attempt to protect reputational risk to the org and undermine/silence the victims. This only adds to victim trauma and leave others vulnerable to being preyed upon, thus only delaying inevitable exposure. Dysfunctional thinking!!
