So @gonortheast buses cancelled on mass and price increase claims some will be under £2.50 yet I went 4 stops 0.9 miles and it was £2.50 yes I could walk but when you are on your feet for 11 hours straight why would you, it's crazy how many buses have been cancelled

Thanks again to another @gonortheast 78 from consett 10 mins late bus was just at the station I was tracking it on the app me and my son put our arms out for the bus and the driver speed straight passed us so we then had to pay for a uber even though I has a day ticket

@gonortheast So instead of updating the app ect you leaving ppl standing around waiting for a bus since the 1st one decided not to do the correct route and it never cuts out new Kyo

@gonortheast Driver still comes though new Kyo day and night as the route changes between tanfield and Burnopfield and it was 2 buses that didn't show up I arrived to work over an hour and a half late

@gonortheast 2nd x72 didn't show either I am now late for work only just got into Newcastle after getting a bus from Stanley still 2nd half if the journey to go

@gonortheast So basically it's now showing up on the map yet has completely missed new Kyo out of its route do driver just decide to cut places out now I have been at the stop since 6am bus due at 6.14 honestly gne sort this out its a s*** show

@gonortheast Arrived home at 9.45 4 hours and 45 minutes after I finished work my trip normally takes a maximum of 2 hours so because drivers decided to cut out areas to make up time leaving tons of people waiting in minus temperatures its not acceptable after weeks of strikes

@gonortheast Well so much for buses being back stood waiting of q3 for nearly a hour 3 gone up great park and the last one up was the only one the came back down leaving quite a few people waiting in -2 weather

@EmmaLewellBuck @unitetheunion no what is not fair is that they want the pay but not the terms and conditions, what is not fair is hard working ppl in the north east spending half their wages on taxis to get to work, what not fair is whole areas isolated with no transport people cant get to hospitals ect
