@UroLori This is an interesting discussion. I would not count myself amongst “master” enucleators (I have done approx #150) but I love HOLEP and it’s my go to BPH operation. AAAAND in my hands there are patients that I think do better with a RASP 🤷🏻‍♂️ zero data. would love to study it.
