Ran into this lovely IVC on RVOT pvc ablation. Considered hep access but gave left axillary a try w #agilis and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to map w #hdgrid and ablate RVOT. Will def consider this approach again in future! @ScrippsHealth @AbbottCardio

Great first case with #liveview and #hdgrid at Scripps today. Quickly pinpointed breakthrough point across LAMI line during clockwise peri-mitral flutter to terminate. Look fwd to seeing where else we can use the new tech! ⁦@ScrippsHealth⁩ ⁦@AbbottCardio⁩

@drehayden1023 @dngibson2 @sdtaylordavis I thought probably re-entry through RPV carina and was just missing some signal but PPI super long ant rpv carina. Found long cfae antrum rpv sup posterior. Presumably micro re-entry with termination in that area.

Biggest frustration with left anterior mitral isthmus lines! Large anterior scar no isthmus. Ablated breakouts with no effect. paced throughout scar with capture in small area only at 20amp/10. Presumably Bachman bundle. Long burn to term. @jeffthemapper @BiosenseWebster

First VDD micra leadless pacemaker at Scripps. Maintained AV synchrony beautifully in 89 yo with drug refractory paf after av node ablation. Going to be a great option for pts!
