We congratulate our alumna Dr. Valentine Uwamariya for being appointed Minister of Education in #Rwanda. 🇷🇼 She received her PhD degree from our Institute in 2013, and started her new position as #Minister on 1 March 2020. We wish her the best of luck! 🎉
