Joining cities & counties across California, I agree that #CAMustLead by enacting #AB1080 by @LorenaAD80 & #SB54 by @BenAllenCA. The longer we go without taking action to reduce single-use packaging pollution, the more it costs the environment & local governments.
Current law doesn’t allow reusable food containers at any festivals/pop-ups ➡️ so much single-use trash😢AB619 changes this by allowing vendors to use reusables! Let's enjoy festivals more sustainably. @DavidChiu@GavinNewsom#AB619 is at the Governor’s desk! Do you support?
It takes a village to pass a bill! Here is some of the team behind the bipartisan #YesOn54 vote in the State Senate.
Thank you for your leadership!

Well said, @Rendon63rd!
"Convenient does not always equal good. There was a time when Americans thought it was convenient to throw their cans, bottles, cigarettes and other trash out the window while driving down the road.
We’re smarter than that now." https://t.co/6Z4XkX7N22
