@JacintaAllanMP We do this in Scotland, the seller obtains a "home report" which sets out the condition of the property and estimated market value so everyone can see. All sales are agreed "subject to valuation" and the buyer will then get their own survey done, validating the sellers one.

@SandyMacP @edinhelp @EdinburghSpot They don't use X directly. Most digital engagement teams access messages via an internal CRM system. Most of these systems block/filter access to video content. Likewise, old messages/replies tend to get filtered out to reduce "noise".
