@george_neally@WeatherProf Global shift, yeah for sure, but to say humanity is the cause? We’re connecting two dots that could have nothing to do with each other aside from supporting a hypothesis. Look at global shifts over multiple thousands of years and tell me how this one differs from the others.
@SWFLWX@WeatherProf Thank you! I was on the bridge in Charlotte Harbor when I took that screenshot in the eye. Was in the middle of getting some pressure whipsaws on the Kestrel and bottomed out at 948.3mb the same time I had taken that screenshot.
🚨🇺🇸Footage of tonight's New Glenn explosion filmed from a nearby restaurant is wild.
The fireball over Cape Canaveral looks straight out of a Fallout game.
Imagine looking up from dinner to that...
Here’s the best close range view of the Union City, Mi tornado on March 6th. This capture shows the birth of the twister then into a barrel shape wedge. 😳🙏 #miwx#wxtwitter#tornado

Aerial footage shows significant tornado damage near Union Lake in Branch County, Michigan, after severe weather in the area yesterday
The Branch County Sheriff’s Office said that as of 8 p.m. yesterday, there have been three fatalities and twelve reported injuries
First on the scene of damage in Union City, Michigan yesterday- horrific. Worst damage I’ve seen in my chasing career. Meeting with disaster relief organization reps tomorrow to get the healing & cleanup process underway
The State Emergency Operations Center remains activated Saturday following yesterday’s deadly tornadoes in Southwest Michigan that claimed the lives of four people and injured many more. Right now, local responders continue to search damaged areas and begin recovery efforts.
MSP/EMHSD social media platforms will be the official source for information on the statewide response. Check back for updates.
One of the more impressive tornado videos we've received in my time here. This from TJ Second in Union City. Looks like a strong, multi-vortex tornado. #MIWx@wwmtnews@NWSIWX
@bryan_maxw46284 Wish I could place a station in one of the spots that may be the coldest around here. Looking via satellite, this is an even more wide open area, further conducive for radiational cooling, and with less warmer air trapped in nearby surrounding woods.
@bryan_maxw46284 I’m usually pretty in-line with the other station that is 0.7 miles SSE of me. That location is a tad more rural and slightly less obstructed by surrounding trees which makes conditions marginally more conducive for more efficient radiational cooling over a broader area.
@bryan_maxw46284 I have noticed this as well! I haven’t analyzed it too much yet, but always thought I reached my lowest temps earlier in the night and flatlining due to the surrounding air in almost all directions of me being warmer and that slowly trying to creep in keeping temperatures level.
