@TfL you need to sort out the pickup area at Tottenham Hale station, there are just a bunch of “licensed” drivers sitting there seemingly not taking rides and having a chat, completely blocking all other taxis and ride shares from getting in!

@TfL @Uber I’ve really been failed by uber this morning, making a booking in advance to get to a flight at Stansted airport only to have the driver cancel on me no less than 15 minutes before he was due to arrive… it’s absolutely anxiety inducing and needs fixing!

@GWRHelp can you ask your staff to call out what side the doors will open on? I’m on a train so packed I’m squashed into a door alcove sitting on top of cases and I need to know where to move (as do countless others on this train)
