-H1B denial rate went up to almost 37% from around 3% because of 'Buy American and Hire American' executive order. Many of the folks who got denial already had US diploma and approved immigration petition still they couldn't even get H1B but now he wants to attach GCs to US diploma 🤷‍♂️

-Because of his covid immigration ban, many H1B folks got stuck in foreign countries because they were not eligible to get their H1B renewed. Again, many of those folks had US degree and approved immigration petition.

No need to wait if he really thinks high-skilled immigration is crucial for America. He can pick up the phone and call @SpeakerJohnson @Jim_Jordan @LeaderMcConnell and ask them to support bills like #HR6532 #HR1535 #S3291 which gives much needed relief to high-skilled workers stuck in never ending #greencardbacklog and makes skilled based immigration fair.
