Was jetzt geschieht ist wirklich unglaublich!
Voltaire passed away today in 1778.
There are two quotes of his I always come back to:
"I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."
and
“Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.”
Max Blumenthal just exposed a shocking corruption of the British justice system. Six activists from Palestine Action went back to court after being acquitted in February. They had already served in prison, staged a hunger strike, and one attempted suicide under extremely harsh conditions. Now they face potential terrorist sentences.
But here's the kicker: the jury is not allowed to know about the "terrorist" designation. They're being led to believe they're ruling on simple criminal charges. If they convict, a biased judge — a former barrister for MI6 and the Metropolitan Police — can then sentence them as terrorists
The UK has become a police state for Israel
The first time in British history that the Greens have topped a national poll for Westminster.
Despite whatever talking points you’ll hear in legacy media my sense is they are gently nibbling into people who were considering Reform.
If you want demonstrable proof that you’re immersed in the most powerful propaganda system in human history, just realize literally nobody can afford anything, which in previous eras woulda created revolutionary conditions but in this era is barely a topic of public conversation.
Saw our MP this AM in Levenshulme. Not obviously campaigning or at a specific event, but doing normal, civilian things - enjoying walking her dogs in the sun. More than I’ve ever seen any previous MP of any constituency I’ve ever lived in. 10/10 would recommend. @TheGreenParty

Our billionaire Treasury Secretary called Denmark “irrelevant.” Hmm.
Unlike the US, in Denmark, health care & college are free, the starting wage is $22 an hour, paid parental leave is 1 year, paid vacation is 6 weeks & all workers get pensions.
That seems very relevant to me.
