I found a very similar thing, used to wake up multiple times a night, I’m fit not overweight and generally healthy. My Apple Watch one night detected I had too many sleep disruptions so I went and got a proper sleep test. They do a lot more than an oura ring and put 20 or so sensors on you. I was having 30 plus stop breathing events if sleeping on my back. Anyway I sleep so much better now, glad you find it
