Once you’ve switched to Waymo taking the occasional Uber/Lyft feels like Rideshare Roulette. The Waymo experience is perfectly predictable. But with others… will it be quiet, good driver in a clean Tesla, or a smoker who won’t stop talking about his band in a dumpy Corolla?

@AlaskaAir are you even capable of departing on time? 21 of the last 21 Alaska flights I’ve taken have been delayed at LEAST 1.5 hours, usually more. I’m better off flying Spirit or driving. Next time I will. And no, it’s not SFO. This is absolutely a Alaska issue

Hard to draw the conclusion that she is the cause from that… or anything really. It is too soon to say.
