@Uber - surprised by poor response to a complaint. Driver dropped us, with 80yr old mom who uses a walker, a few blocks from our destination. Blamed construction. All other streets were open and he wouldn’t drive around another way. This isn’t ok

Have to thank @SwitchHealthCA as the result just came in. I’m just a frustrated parent here and I know they are just people doing the best they can. But if they can’t keep up with #s they should say something and not leave us blind and only escalate when we tweet at them.
