@hwinkler4real It unfortunately does not hurt the super wealthy in this country. These same people,who will not be hurt, are the ones pushing for this. It is cruel, it will make many of us suffer and not have full access to the medical care we need/benefits we need to live.

@drseanmullen A doctor came to work this week with a high temp and chills. Wore 2 surgical masks around at risk peds, parents, staff. Tested + flu A at end of shift. #1 don’t come to work sick!#2 N95 highly superior to surgical masks!

@nicksortor Lovely. Wonder how many of those precious children she visited are being medically covered by Medicaid? As a nurse with 33 years of experience I can tell you it is at least half if not more. We will all lose when these children and others have decreased coverage. SAD day for USA

@SenThomTillis Thank you for looking out for those on Medicaid and in turn NC hospitals especially rural. Thank you for standing up for this fragile population. ( I worked in a big hospital system in NC. Most of the babies in the NICU and newborn nursery were on Medicaid).

@OleArtistes @ashishkjha I worked in a NICU and maternity floor at the height of the COVID pandemic. Absolutely ALL of our OB Drs gave the advice for pregnant mothers and their family who were eligible to get the COVID vaccine.

@morgfair @outbreakupdates My grandfather died of CJD in 2002 in OH ….due to eating infected deer meat. Many states have testing centers for deer meat to make sure it is not infected. Be safe test your deer meat.

@DrOBrienMD Feeling the same thing. Most NICU babies are Medicaid. People need to understand that not for profit hospitals will try to continue to give care. How? The private insurance patients pay higher costs way higher!Oh and hospitals will layoff staff. Not safe!
