Happy Friday! Today for our intern profile we have Nidhi! Nidhi is from Connecticut and is a student at @UConn. She is a fiscal intern with the Tax and Budget Policy Center at the @CatoInstitute. Nidhi enjoys yoga, reading, and DJ'ing. Glad to have you, Nidhi! #CatoInterns
This past weekend, three #CatoInterns- Ethan, Nidhi, and Casey- participated in the @sfliberty North American Top Leader Retreat. Casey and Ethan won second place for the student-run Mark Twain Center at @trinitycollege! Congrats!
@hollymathnerd It’s wild because Harris was publicly South Indian until her presidential campaign. She became black when she could weaponise her black heritage to her advantage bc of the sjw pecking order. How the turn tables smh
@harryhzehner I have a suite in Garrigus all to myself and I think $3000 this semester was well worth it, but in a normal semester, you have to share that with THREE ppl and still pay the SAME amount which is fucking insane.
@coldxman This the wrong analysis. It’s not a matter of showcasing the diversity of vaccinated workers of color. Elderly people have lower transmission rates and are less likely to spread the disease, so it makes sense to give it to essential workers first
@seanjtaylor Definitely unethical because of no informed consent. However, would it be possible for you to establish consent now? Maybe reach out to 2/3rds of people interviewed. Still unethical but not as bad if you are just talking about general themes and ideas discussed.
