I made $6 in May 2026.
🌱 Habit Grove — $6
It was $0 the previous month, and I hope it doesn't come back again!
Focusing on shipping my new app and focusing more on distribution (for real).
This badboy is going to crush it, here's the spritesheet:
- 4 frames idle, kept minimal on purpose because animating items is a nightmare when the body moves too much!
- 2 frames walk with little bounces I'll pull off using Phaser Tweens

I used to skip the "just ship something small first" advice and dive straight into building the full vision.
I was wrong.
They were right.
Scope kills more projects than bad code ever will.
When you need to get the daily reward, so you drink one bottle before going to bed.
I woke up like 3 times this night to go to pee, but I got a Green Cactus 🤷♂️
Step 1: generate the most adorable raccoon possible on Nano Banana Pro.
Step 2: open Figma and commit crimes against it with the pen tool.
That's how you make an app mascot, apparently. 30+ pastel shades, idle + walk animations inc.
23 days before I get kicked from @shipordie_
The biggest shift in my indie journey is realizing you can't just wait for the right moment to ship. You have to create it.
Build. Push.
Launch anyway. Move from planning to doing.
The idea is never as ready as you think.
If you're torn between shipping something simple or building it "the right way," ask yourself which one you'll actually finish.
It's usually the simpler path. And you can always refactor later.
That door stays open.
