I'll die on this hill... AI is not going to grow your home service business. I run an agency with 89 people. We manage Facebook groups for 500 contractors. Every post, every comment, every DM done by a person, every day. We could automate half of it tomorrow. Facebook would suspend every profile and ad account we own by Friday. The second a homeowner in a local group can tell they're talking to a bot, you're done in that community. For good. These are people who live four streets over from each other. Every competitor in your market is buying the same tools this year. They'll win because they showed up in the same room for 12 months straight while everyone else was building automations. Boring beats clever.
