@O2 ignores: that I’ve had no phone for 1 month, spent 8+ hours calling O2, loss of earnings, prejudiced credit rating, transfer of my number with no instruction from me, stress, loss of sleep. They called me to offer £25 compensation - joke!

Contrast in customer services: Result of @O2 fraud, my @PayPalUK account was hacked, £1,700 spent fraudulently. @PayPalUK reacted, restored my account in 3 days, called to apologise. A month later still waiting for @O2 to reconnect my phone. Please retweet.

Have the GDPR rules changed @O2 I’m pretty sure they haven’t ….. why can’t you send me the information proving you sent me an offer to leave because I didn’t want my data shared with @virginmedia , why would I when I have nothing to do with them,ur complaints link is useless!!!
@O2 customer services are hopeless. Called with a fraud issue, an hour on the phone, got nowhere, asked to talk to the fraud team, was told to email, asked for the email, O2’s own customer services gavethe WRONG email.
They can’t even spell escalation!

The customer service at @O2 in my experience the last 10 days is second rate it's unbelievable how people don't know the processes to fix this problem. A customer for many years it's no surprise now that people move to other companies when companies don't look after existing.
Call up @O2 customer service to be discriminated against due to my disability and then when I called and spoke to complaints about it they disconnected the call! Disgraceful company.
So @O2 can take your money incorrectly from your bank but they’ll then tell you it takes up to 28days to look at your complaint? This company has went from having market leading customer service to being an absolute disgrace. Will be leaving at soonest convenience.
Is @o2 the worst customer service in the UK? Customer Service sent me to their shop to replace a faulty Sim. The shop could only order another sim with a 3-5 working day wait leaving me without a working phone I walked out and into EE where I got a new sim and old number transfer
Thanks to the useless customer service at @o2 for telling more lies this week. A company that is rotten to the core. Lies,lies and more lies that’s all they know.
Dear @O2 you really need to update your system. My wife had money taken from her account but customer service is always saying it will be refunded or the money is reserved. It now been three weeks and no refund. cc @CommsOmbudsman
