It would appear to me the election malfeasance in California has three goals, in no order:

1) disrupt Dem lockouts (they are at risk of being locked out in CA-6, a safe Dem pickup on paper)

2) push Hilton out of first place (optics) for governor

3) push Pratt out of second place in LA Mayor. Of particular concern to the cartel there, his marketing style, left with another five months to work and with LA’s continued malaise - if anyone can catch lightning in a bottle and create a real election problem for them, it’s Pratt
