3. Lots of discussions & reflections - every couple of weeks I've stepped back to hear from friends, mentors, advisors and well-wishers. They have seen me in different situations and give me a read of what I'm doing well and what I'm not.

4. Lots of personal reviews - every quarter I take a look at the bank statement to review my #financial health and make amends to upcoming plans. It meant a part time job, liquidating a few funds, reducing monthly overheads, speeding up a pilot to get to the answer quickly etc.

3. Always striving for a win-win solution - the complexities of large scale #social problems are addressed only when everyone wins. The skill is to be able to maneuver through the ecosystem and arrive at one; I believe I've learnt it a little bit for sure :)
