@CrossCountryUK was due 2 travel on 08:45 from Reading 2 Birmingham New Street tomoro (21.02) but its now cancelled looking @ getting 08:15 from Reading but do not have seat res. Can u pls reserve me a seat on 08:15 as I find it hard to stand for long periods.

@hantsconnect for over 2 years, yet again I have water pouring off the road into my driveway because you still haven't fixed the drain level so the water bypasses it. I accept flooding due to rain but not the exacerbation from the poor maintenance of the highway @Ms_Alex_Baker

@RoyalMail trying 2 report a parcel been delivered to the wrong address and it is impossible via your website. Obvious not our house in the picture you have provided. You managed to deliver 1 to the correct house but not the other! How do we get this resolved?

The problem has been reported multiple times however you ignore the drain at the top of our driveway everytime someone comes out to look, but the water is clearly running off the road missing the drain (due to a small lip) and running down the driveway, causing a flood

@hantsconnect could u please fix the drain outside my house, u have done all the 1's along the road bar this 1! The way it is set into the pathway means in heavy showers the water from the road drains straight into the driveway causing flooding!!Giving me sandbags doesn't fix it

@SouthernWater trying to report no water at a location that has elderly residents and livestock and you online system is shocking & I apparently can't get through to a human until 8.30! So have an 80yr old and horses with no water and no idea of whether you have noted the issue

@GWRHelp and yet again stuck at one of your stations. I'm Reading need to go to Blackwater and your replacement bus is to Bracknell where I then need to arrange to be collected. Trust that as there is no alternative you will cover my taxi/Uber costs
