@makemytripcare I am still struggling with my refund, and When reaching customer care, AI agent is just repeating the same bullshit and not allowing me to connect to real customer care agent.
If you people really care to resolve my issue, can you please give me a call back, it's been 7 days.
.@makemytripcare Airline cancelled my ticket and issued a full refund confirmation, yet you failed to pass the complete amount to me despite assuring the same on call.
Partial refund received that too in parts only and ₹1,779 still pending. This is misleading and unacceptable.

@airtelindia Shameful policy! You collect devices immediately but keep customer money for 45 days. I paid ₹3,536 for Air Fiber, got only 30 Mbps instead of 100, discontinued the next day itself—yet refund delayed. Stop harassing customers. @TRAI@Airtel_Presence

No proper response from the customer care executives, I have multiple recordings how they are struggling to answer, request you to initiate the refund ASAP otherwise I would like to proceed with a legal complaint on the issue.
