To George and Laura, Bill and Hillary ā we're grateful for your friendship, counsel, and devotion to this country. And to Joe and Jill, thank you for being on this journey with us.
Kamala Harris called it in 2019: āThis president is motivated by his personal insecurities more than he is our national security. If this president is thinking about putting us in a position where weāre in a war with Iran, the consequences will be absolutely unacceptable and tragic in terms of the young men and women who are American soldiers who would be sent and deployed into something that was completely avoidableā
Barack Obama reached a deal that prevented Iran from getting a nuclear weapon.
Trump ripped up that deal.
Now we are at war with Iran to prevent it from getting a nuclear weapon.
Fact: 17-year-old voters who will be 18 by the November General Election may register and vote to nominate candidates in the Primary Election. They must register by the deadline. They can then vote during Ohioās early voting period or on Election Day.
ICE kicks woman off of Social Securityāa U.S. citizen who's never traveled more than 40 miles from home.
"I've never even left Dallas Countyālet alone the country," she said. "I am not an immigrant."
She is disabledāand relies on social security as only source of income.
59-year-old Ramona Rakestraw was born in 1966 at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas.
Despite this she received a letter stating: "We cannot pay you benefits because you are not lawfully present in the U.S."
Kidney disease first sent her to dialysis at age 28 and she received a transplantā30 years later she was diagnosed with cancer.
My statement:Ā
āToday, the U.S. Supreme Court stood up for the rule of law and Americans everywhere. Its message was simple: Presidents are powerful, but our Constitution is more powerful still. In America, only Congress can impose taxes on the American people. Ā
The US Supreme Court gave us everything we asked for in our legal case. Everything.
IāmĀ grateful for the leadership of the Liberty Justice Center, andĀ in particular forĀ the brilliant advocacy by its chair,Ā SaraĀ Albrecht, who led the fight when othersĀ wouldnātĀ and was dauntless in its defense of our constitutionalĀ order.Ā I'mĀ alsoĀ grateful to the five small business owners who stood up against these unjust, unconstitutional taxes. By taking a stand, they have delivered crucial relief to tens of thousands of businesses and millions of consumers across the country. Ā
Finally,Ā IĀ lack the words to properly thank my brilliant Milbank team, especiallyĀ ColleenĀ RohĀ SinzdakĀ andĀ SamiĀ Ilagan, who worked with me day and night for many months to craft the winning argument.Ā Ā
This case has always been about the presidency, not any one president. It has always been about separation of powers, and not the politics of the moment.Ā I'mĀ gratified to see our Supreme Court, which has been the bedrock of our government for 250 years, protect our most fundamental values.
This is the interview Donald Trump didnāt want you to see.
His FCC refused to air my interview with Stephen Colbert.
Trump is worried weāre about to flip Texas.
This tells you how terrified Trump, Brendan Carr, and Bari Weiss are of James Talarico.
So much for āfree speech absolutistsā when it comes to someone who knows how to speak to Americans with heart and guts.
Bravo to Colbert.
BREAKING: CBS refused to air this Colbert interview with Democrat James Talarico, who is running for Senate in Texas, after being intimidated by Trumpās FCC rules.
Trump is worried that democrats are about to flip Texas.

EEOC stands for Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The Trump appointed Commissioner, Andrea Lucas has followed Trump's mandate to eliminate DEI in the federal sector by firing over 300,000 black women from their federal jobs.
Now Lucas is attempting to eliminate DEI practices in the private sector. She has requested that "White Men" file cases with the EEOC if they feel they've been unfairly treated by DEI practices.
She and Trump are going after these private companies and are alleging "Reverse Discrimination." They are going after policies that date back as far as seven years.
In a nutshell, what they are attempting to do is keep blacks from being hired.
These next three years will not be easy.

It's ok to shoot and kill a nurse in Minneapolis for LEGALLY carrying a handgun to a protest and never pulling it out.
ALSO MAGA:
It was ok for Kyle Rittenhouse to ILLEGALLY carry an AR-15 and kill someone with it at a protest.
Former Ohio Republican Governor and presidential candidate John Kasich:
āWhatās happening in Minnesota is waking up the whole country. Itās bothering us because we donāt see justice and fairness⦠Itās tearing the country apart but itās also raising the consciousness of Americans who are saying enough is enough⦠Republicans may pay a HUGE price for this.ā
Holy shit.
He was filming. He went over to help a lady that ICE shoved down. Agents engaged him.
His hands were on the pavement when he was shot.
He never had his hand on a weapon.
Cold blooded murder.
