And even different brand names can matter. This was the case for me with H2/famotidine Pepcid is ... okay. Zantac works so much better for me. If only it weren't so much more expensive! I think the prescription famotidine I'm taking now falls in between.

@anamarz_amz @liamsLCjourney From my experience, H2 is *everything*, especially when I am in a flare. I once had severe crash w/ episodes of high HR followed by high BP, and famotidine (H2) shut those down immediately. I can go without H1 without noticing any issues, but missing H2 destabilizes me quickly.

A months-long Sky News and Forensic Architecture investigation identified every child killed and reconstructed the strike in forensic detail: the satellite record, the 3D rebuild of the school, the CCTV strike sequence, the whistleblower inside the targeting system.

This thread is the full evidence, clip by clip, and it ends somewhere worse than "deliberate massacre" or "tragic mistake": a war machine rebuilt, on purpose, so that knowing what it was shooting at was nobody's job.

@DuckieLouise As an adult I got really good at this (around the age of 23), mostly by learning to be early and bring a book or other activities. This hack worked for me until I had kids, at which point I was too overloaded at all times (and babies aren't good at reading/waiting!)
