@AmericanAir is the worst, connecting flight from PHL was scheduled for 8pm, delayed til 10pm, then 6am, then cancelled bc the pilot left. Terrible customer service and no viable solution offered. Next flight they had is THURSDAY. No other airline would provide that poor service.
