मुंबईतील अंधेरी रेल्वे स्थानकावर मराठी भाषेच्या मुद्द्यावरून नवा वाद निर्माण झाला आहे. मराठीत संवाद साधण्याची मागणी केल्यामुळे एका मराठी प्रवाशाला रेल्वेच्या टीसींनी अंधेरी स्थानकात जवळपास एक तास बंदिस्त करून ठेवल्याचा गंभीर आरोप करण्यात आला आहे. संबंधित प्रवाशाविरोधात 'सरकारी कामात अडथळा' आणल्याचा गुन्हा दाखल करण्याची प्रक्रिया सुरू असल्याचाही दावा करण्यात येत आहे. यामध्ये अमराठी टीसींना पाठीशी घालून मराठी टीसीला पुढे करण्यात आल्याचा आरोपही होत आहे. या घटनेमुळे पुन्हा एकदा रेल्वे प्रशासनावर मराठी भाषिकांबाबत भेदभाव केल्याचे आरोप होत आहेत. दरम्यान, या प्रकरणाची माहिती मिळताच मराठी एकीकरण समितीने आक्रमक भूमिका घेतली असून, संबंधित प्रवाशाच्या सुटकेसाठी आज दुपारी ४ वाजता अंधेरी पूर्व येथील RPF कार्यालयात धडक देणार असल्याची माहिती मराठी एकीकरण समितीने दिली आहे.
