Today I took advantage of @PittTweet grad appreciation programming and learned about houseplants with @city_grows. I don’t just have a black thumb, I have a necrotic thumb. Hoping to change that by starting with a Sansevieria plant!
And student nurses! When patients have a student nurse they now have 3 sets of people (the primary RN, clinical instructor, and student) watching after them. I've had students catch things before me or the primary RN. Learners are assets to the team.
