@guildsman @GIMedOnc @jgong15 I'm more worried about treating RAS WT patients with a 200K drug that potentially doesn't work. But the bar is very low in 2L with chemo. If the 6 pts with RAS WT had an OS ~5mo, daraxon could be a reasonable alternative to chemo and drug should be approved w/o mandatory NGS

Amazing moment to witness reaching this ultimate Holy Grail of oncology- through amazing chemical biology doubling overall survival for pts w advanced pancreatic cancer!

Personally so excited that through the generous RevMed EAP program our patients in the Bronx will have access to this transformational drug imminently!

@GIMedOnc Most GI cancers are unfortunately less IO-sensitive. Maybe a role for a combination in GEA/GC or ESCC.

@GIMedOnc Happens everywhere. We start with an arbitray number (12mo, 24mo) then try to trim it down. See trastuzumab for more history. I think we have enough data to support surveillance after achieving cCR. What is surveillance? Colono Q4M? I also think this is excessive.

@GIMedOnc Single 6. May be excessive for some. But a lot of times endoscopic response is "near" complete at 3mo.
Dual IO if really loc adv or if I feel like it. Basically single agent for longer = dual agent for 6 wks.
I have a lady with stage 1 or 2 refusing surg. Doing pembro mono.

As noted by others, the $RVMD dara mOS in 2nd line PDAC is better than mOS for current first-line regimens.

I remember years ago in pancreatic cancer trials you were realistically looking for 1 to 2 months improvement in survival (at best) in pancreatic cancer trials. Bravo $RVMD.👏
