Relax. Possible $MSTR 2026 bear defense:
Use Cash reserve to pay dividends until 2027.
On up-days, when MNAV>1.22, swap $MSTR for 50% Bitcoin and 50% Cash
@MSTRMoonBTC@hillery_dan If the FED funds rate stays high, STRC dividend rate is increased, but STRK rate stays the same: Wouldn't the bear case be that it would not pull back to par? (I hold it, just interested in your opinion)
@udiWertheimer@Strategy i agree though, he should add "Assuming current Bitcoin price" to the statement "We have 32 years of dividend coverage through our $BTC Reserve."
@udiWertheimer@Strategy What are your price assumptions for Bitcoin that make you so critical?
in 7 months (end of USD buffer)
and in 12 / 24 months (assuming bad MNAV MSTR would need to sell BTC)
and what's the lowest Bitcoin price during that timespan? (e.g. how much Bitcoin would be lost to survive)
@bryan_johnson i think it's good to check local shelters and see with which you vibe and who you can gift a new home. wouldn't emphasize breed too much
@SahilBloom did a 90 minute nature walk today and nearly died due to the sudden extreme concentration of pollen in the air here, but you are right I did not ruminate much.
effing allergies xD
@hillery_dan I hope it as well, but I have a feeling they want to keep the cash reserve as an indicator for credit worthiness (pleasing rating agencies).
Would be happy if they just put half of it in now.
@BowTiedLobster@IIICapital@MSCI_Inc read everything again and you might realize your logic is flawed.
research strategy inc and the purpose of index funds.
@BowTiedLobster@IIICapital@MSCI_Inc I don't think it does.
1) You just added "arguments" which you didn't talk about before.
2) We are not talking about having "bitcoin" in the index. You should try to understand the company.
3) If you want to "allocate the capital", choose stocks or industry specific ETFs
