@IndiGo6E Pl note it is case of App issue wherein it could have by default suggested earlier shortlisted flight which could not be completed at payment stage. Hence customer should not be charged for such thing which was reported within few mins after booking

@DhruvBh03363525 @makemytrip This doesn’t seem fair at all. If the airline changed the schedule and you had no option but to cancel, charging such high charge for no fault of yours is not justified. Hope MakeMyTrip resolves this quickly and refunds the full amount.
