@monzo worse bank ever. Told they won't refund me my money after loosing it in a scam instead telling me to go through another company, which is probably pointless now since it's 2 months after!
@monzo No sorry don't believe it anymore! Nearly two fucking months with two missed deadlines dates that both the specialist team and complaints team gave me! It's out of order hopefully the ombudsman will be better help than you!
@monzo so after getting fed up of the stupid same response messages in chat over my money I decided to email your CEO to get an email back from Executive Complaints who also do not want to help! Nearly two months since I lost nearly 2K worse bank ever!

@andreah_xo@monzo The 'specialist' team have been dealing with my scam case since 28th January and even after raising a complaint fuck all has been done! I've finally raised a complaint with the financial ombudsman 🙃

@monzo absolute disgrace after a month an half of me being scammed out of over £1800 and putting in a complaint you've had the decency to push my complain deadline back to sometime in April when you specifically said 11days! Disgusted!
@monzo Up until this incident I never had a problem with you I always recommended you when people needed a new bank but after this you've gone downhill massively it shouldn't take nearly 2 months to agree I was scammed and to get my money back it's appalling
