@MarkKleinmanSky As an early Curve customer + investor via Crowdcube this is disappointing. Interesting too that Curve notified us recently that the funder for Curve Flex had withdrawn + that a new funder was being sought.
Despite launching a series of add on products it's been 2 little too late.

@TfL Well despite your assurances the buses don't seem to be running again. Although the alerts show buses due, they never turn up. Please can you escalate and get the 166 at Chipstead Valley Road back in service ASAP please? This is an essential route for Epsom Hosp. @CouncillorLuke

You don't mention the lack of a booking reference at all yet want API to be provided ASAP. Doing this requires a booking reference.
Time to be rather more honest and open about the whole process.

.@SESWater is this an example of deceptive billing? My just issued bill (dated 15/09/2025) increases my Direct Debit by over 100% yet you highlight my current payment! Not a great example of compliance with @DirectDebitUK rules! You need to do much better and make changes clear.

@virginmedia The part of the process where you introduce a new login system but don't inform customers. Something referred to as a VirginMediaO2 ID. I didn't ask for one, don't want one but it seems you have decided to issue me one without explainjng why and how it works! Totally stupid.

So badly designed your email points to an invalid URL of http://$(signinurl)/ to manage this insanity.
