Building a Unity Mobile Wallet Adapter SDK for @solanamobile
There’s already an SDK, but it lacks parity with React Native, I want to fix that.
Plan:
• Full API parity (connect, disconnect, auth flows)
• Authorization cache layer
• Clean Unity dev experience
• Open-source example app
Background:
• 5+ yrs Unity dev
• Built Solana-integrated apps (Helix One)
• Worked with wallet adapters + MagicBlock with SEND Arcade team
• Arcium Fellowship builder & Winner
Only blocker: I don’t have a Seeker device yet.
If anyone in the Solana ecosystem (@solana@solanamobile@superteam@ifeelSam@gurshabad90@paarugsethi@Madhav__28 ) can help me get access to a Seeker (loan / grant / support), I’ll commit to shipping this SDK publicly.
Let’s make Unity + Solana Mobile better 🚀
Want to start game development?
Here are 10 tools many game developers rely on every day.
You don’t need all of them at once, but these can make your workflow much smoother.
1. Figma - UI/UX Design 🎨
Great for prototyping menus, HUD layouts, and player flows before implementing them in-game.
2. Unity / Unreal / Godot - Game Engines 🎮
The core tools where your game actually comes to life. Each has its strengths depending on the type of game you're building.
3. Clip Studio Paint - Art & Animation🖌
Excellent for drawing characters, environments, and creating frame-by-frame animation.
4. Aseprite - Pixel Art 👾
One of the best tools for pixel art and sprite animation used in many indie games.
5. VS Code - Programming 💻
A lightweight but powerful code editor used for scripting, debugging, and managing code.
6. GitHub - Version Control 🔧
Keeps your project safe and organized. Track changes, collaborate with others, and never lose progress.
7. DaVinci Resolve - Video Editing 🎬
Perfect for editing trailers, devlogs, and gameplay clips. A powerful free version is available.
8. Adobe Express - Marketing Graphics 📢
Quick way to create promotional graphics, social posts, and store assets.
9. Canva - Marketing Graphics 📱
Simple but effective tool for making thumbnails, posts, and devlog visuals.
10. Notion (my personal favorite) - Project Management 🧠
Great for organizing ideas, writing game design documents, tracking tasks, and managing worldbuilding.
