@SamsungUS got a Samsung Watch Ultra at launch, and surprisingly has water damage. Only used in very shallow water. Support wants me to pay for repair. Why?
@airindia Horrible experience with flight AI427 Delhi to Bangalore yesterday. First our family of 4 with 2 kids was denied boarding because of overbooking. Then, one of bags with valuables was left in Delhi. No update yet about the bag. We need it urgently as we fly to US soon.
@airindia Still no update. Haven't even heard on DM if the bag reached Bangalore or is still in Delhi. No one even bothers to pick up your baggage support desk in Bangalore.
@airindia we flew air india after along time, and with this experience I doubt I will ever flying again. Also, you ground staff was completely apathetic. Don't see such attitude from customer facing people in any organization today.
