🚨"Forgive me, mom. I swear I only accepted this path to help people. O Lord, accept my repentance." These were the final recorded words of Palestinian Red Crescent paramedic Refaat Radwan before he was executed by the Israeli occupation army in Rafah, along with 14 colleagues from the Red Crescent and Civil Defense. The recording, released today by the New York Times, was recovered from his phone at the scene. Multiple victims were gunned down inside clearly marked emergency vehicles, despite prior international coordination. Others were dragged out, tortured, hands bound, and field-executed, dozens of bullets riddling their bodies, later found in a shallow mass grave that appeared hastily concealed.

The humanitarian crisis in Gaza is out of control. This is not from a natural disaster, this is not due to scarcity of goods, or the lack of relief organizations operating in Gaza. The occupation is weaponizing starvation. Israel has not let any aid into Gaza, and they control each border crossing. Thousands of trucks are waiting to enter, to provide food, medication, necessities, to men, women, children, the sick, and the elderly. The ONLY entity stopping this life saving aid coming in is the apartheid, illegitimate state, of Israel.

Families plea for anything at all to help them survive. Since the ending of the ceasefire, 100,000 people have been forcefully displaced from Rafah with only the clothes on their backs, or not even that as the last man explains. Over 64% of Gaza is inaccessible to international NGOs due to the occupations orders and bombardments. Everyone is in need.

The facility had provided clean water to thousands across Al-Tuffah, Al-Shujaiyah, and Al-Rimal, serving homes, hospitals, schools and displacement shelters. Israeli warplanes struck it three times, the third being last night, even after repairs, erasing one of the last functioning sources of safe water in the area.
