aside from growth, recruiting is the #1 topic on my mind:
by definition, the *best* people are hard to reach, skeptical at first & doing their diligence on me/us.
they don't respond well to FOMO, pressure tactics or the like. after all, that's why they're the best.
Repeat Founders have one disproportionate advantage to 1st time Founders, particularly in current times:
Hiring.
If you've run a company before, likely there at least a few people who will want to work with you again (for reasons more than money).
Today in India's tech ecosystem, if you ask *ANY*one, literally anyone, <5yrs exp, about what is the one thing they want to do to grow, 100% of them (including the Google engineers) say that they want to change jobs.
